Whitefish Salad

This is not your ordinary whitefishsalad (lack of space intended). Ordinary whitefishsalad (lack of space intended) is some mushed up whitefish mixed with some celery, spices, some low grade mayo with a few preservatives added.

We make Whitefish Salad. We take really good whitefish which are not too fatty, because leaner whitefish meat blends better with mayonnaise, and we chop some fresh celery and add some Hellmann’s Mayonnaise. We don’t mush it; we toss it lightly so you can actually taste the sweetness of the whitefish meat.

It’s really good, just watch out for bones; my eyes aren’t what they used to be.
