Pickled Lox in Cream Sauce

This is good stuff and don’t worry, we pack it with extra onions. Now, as you know, onions are full of water so by the time these precious morsels get to you the cream sauce might have thinned out a bit. Don’t kvetch. Get some Breakstone’s Sour Cream and mix it in a little. This is also available pareve in plain sauce. Either way it lasts a month in the fridge. Why? It’s the vinegar.
